Life Beside the Historic Wiens Ranch

Remuda Ranch is proudly built on the back of the historic Wiens Ranch, a working horse and cattle ranch that has been part of Douglas County for generations. The ranch continues to host horse shows, cutting events, and community gatherings—welcoming Remuda Ranch residents to share in the heritage and lifestyle of the West.

Surrounded by hundreds of acres of protected agricultural open space, your views and your dreams are safeguarded for generations to come. Here, wide open skies, preserved land, and authentic ranch living create a community unlike any other.

“At Wiens Ranch, the spirit of the West lives on. Where horses, cattle, and community come together under the wide Colorado sky.”
